The mercury is finally dropping! The temperature is dropping and we can finally say that Winter is finally here and we can feel the chills. 

We hope you are doing cozy and good.

Even while I am writing the blog this Wednesday my hands are numb. Since the weather forecast says that the mercury will fall further,  so to help you out we are here we have 2 Winter looks for you.

One is a duster coat look and the other is a poncho look. Duster coats are practical, smart and we just cant do without them, this winter because they are an on trend piece of clothing.

If you’re looking for  boho vibe, skip the jacket and make a poncho your go-to layering piece. You can wear with  jeans and a tee or turtleneck, it’s cozy and comfortable.

P wore a duster jacket with a lace panelled t shirt and jeans with combat boots. Now that winters are at their peak you can wear turtle necks or jumper below to keep you  warm

S layered a poncho over a black sweater and wore it with jeans and knee high boots. All warped up, perfect for the weather.

Its’s time to ring in the New Year and why not do that in style !

If there’s one night where you have all the right to steal the spotlight then it’s New Year’s Eve. Whether you’ve planned a big night out or you’re sticking to family and friends at home , embrace the opportunity to dress up.

If you still haven’t planned what to wear, head up to your wardrobe right now or just go shopping party girl. A new year deserves a new outfit!

One of our favourite trends of this season is the obsession with cape sleeves and thats what we have picked for the much awaited glam night.

P wore a pleated black jumpsuit. She  kept the outfit minimal and accessorized it with embellished earrings and block heels. She took a burnt orange bag to complete her look and add a pop of colour.

S wore a metallic gold skirt with a black cape blazer and she added a belt to give definition to her outfit. She also wore the much celebrated winter trend -velvet booties.

It’s a Red Christmas

Hello Fashion lovers

Its the Christmas week and we have already started preparing for the upcoming grand weekend Christmas celebrations. Since every celebration calls for dressing up and looking your best we have to decide what we are wearing for Christmas in advance so that we have our festive look on point.

And to help you decide that, P and S have decoded 2 looks for you. One is the “I wanna party” look and the other is a more subtle look for a day brunch or Christmas day out.

Whether you are out on vacations or just plan to turf with friends and family in your home lawn. You cant forget to dress up because it just comes once a year and we cant just let it go like that.

P wore the party look which can be dressed up or dressed down. She layered her red dress with a blue overcoat and knee-high boots. In case you want to dress it down just go for a red dress with heels instead of boots.

S wore a black turtle neck with a buttoned down skirt and tie-up heels. They look is a perfect balance of glam and subtle. Dark eyes and pumpkin toned lips adds a little bit of Christmas joy.

Swinter Style

How are doing?

Don’t you think that Delhi weather is too unpredictable; its chilly early morning, then hot in the afternoon and then chilly again by evening. Summer to winter transitional phase is still going on and we’re unable to pack our beautiful summer dresses and make space for winter stuff. For now we’ve decided to just let them be as any ways they don’t occupy much space, so that we can pair them up with winter accessories and boots.

Transitional dressing can be tricky but by incorporating your warm-weather essentials into your fall rotation, you can reap maximum benefit from the investment in your clothes.

There are many ways to style your summer dresses. You can layer it with coats or shrugs. Add stockings and accessories, or just wear them like P and S wore.

P wore a solid white dress with black ankle boots. This look its all about how you style your scarf. She draped a quirky elephant print pink scarf around her and knotted it in front.

S wore a floral dress with a summer scarf and knee length boots. This works best for the morning, but in the evening you can layer it with a shrug or coat so that you don’t feel cold.

Wear your heart on your sleeve!

How are you doing?

It’s fall out there but it seems like the spring trends are here to stay. The sleeves and the shoulders were the centers of attention this year. Looks like your shoulders won’t be the focus anymore because of the chilly weather so now its time for the sleeves to shine.

From tops to sweaters, summer dresses to knitted dresses they have been everywhere. And we cant complain, since its our favorite trend too.

Whether its a ruffle bell sleeve, baby bell sleeves or the dramatic over sized sleeve; its time to wear it all.

P wore a bell sleeve shirt with cool distressed denims and metallic loafers. She accessorized with a metallic candy bag and added a small tassel at the last hook of the shirt. The key to the look is to keep your clothing simple and combine it with metallics. For plus size women  this rend is a boon- the silhouette draws all the attention from the arms and doesn’t make them look fat.

Try and wear full or three fourth sleeves rather than elbow-sleeves as the later makes arms look fat. P’s look is perfect to wear in the evening or for an intimate dinner.

S wore a ruffled mid length top with distressed denims, but she accessorized it in a sporty way by opting for a sling bag and white superstar sneakers. S’s look is perfect for airports, vacations, colleges etc. Its important to balance the over sized proportions with slightly fitted jeans. Avoid baggy or flared jeans.

Cold Shoulder Twinning

Hello girls!

Hope you enjoyed Diwali and Bhai Dooj and got inspired from our looks. Today in our post we are enjoying the fall season in our cold shoulder dresses.

FYI, buying the same dress was not our criteria for the purchase decision. We just accidentally bought the same dress. And we thought it would be so cool to style the dress with our own personal aesthetics.

The trend for sure has a lasting power, and cold shoulder has become the new cleavage, smoothly making its way from summer to fall to winter.

P wore a camouflage colored dress with an embedded links choker and pointed flats.

The metallic flats add to the look and the make up was kept minimal. P’s look is good to go for shopping or even a formal day out.

S wore a pastel lavender color dress with a fringed beaded neck piece and tie-up sandals. Her look is very boho and raw. Its perfect to wear for vacation.

Diwali Party Dressing

Happy festive season everyone!

Hope you are enjoying our posts and are having great time this festival season.

Whenever we get a Diwali Party Invitation  the first thing that comes to our mind is Indian wear and we seek for inspiration from magazines, bollywood celebs, etc. Then our immediate action is to go and buy a brand new outfit for ourselves since repeating clothes is a strict no no, and at the end of it all we end up spending a lot of money.

Also, Diwali, unlike some other Indian festivals allows you to dress up and make a style statement. Since it is a week-long festival it gives you ample of scope to wear your best clothes and look your gorgeous best!

So we have come with a blog post to give a unique cool twist this time to the party picks of the season by wearing western clothes and accessorizing them with ethic pieces.

The essential thing to remember while styling the look is to pick the right colors. We would recommend you to pic bright colors like red, orange, blue or marsala; the color we have chosen. And complete the look with bold accessories, dewy makeup and bold lips.

P choose a marsala flouncy ruffle top with textured trousers. This is to keep the look formal without being ethnic. She wore oversized studded silver earrings and peep toes. The makeup as said above was minimal with bold lips.

S wore a marsala pleated dress and styled it with a denim jacked and studded sandals. She added gold to her outfit by wearing boho tassel earrings with a low side pony tail.

Your hairstyle and makeup are very important factors and can change the entire look of your outfit, so you need to pay attention to them.

How are you feeling. The festival time is here and it already has us occupied with cards parties and other preps causing us to be a day late for our story. So, its the first time we are doing a post on Thursday!

We hope you are enjoying the festive plus wedding season too. In fact we’re very excited for our upcoming stories that we’ll be uploading as they’re filled with pretty Indian and contemporary outfits to give you festive inspiration for Diwali and Cards Parties.

Today, we are trying the Double Denim trend. If you are wondering whether you should or shouldn’t double up on your denim, then, let us answer this for you. Fashion rules are meant to be broken, and lately that includes wearing denim on denim. Once a faux pas, is now the most celebrated trend of the season and as far as we think its not going anywhere anytime soon.

Now, when we say denim, it’s not just restricted to your lowers or dungarees. Denim has been entirely reworked and has taken over the runways in the form of jackets, skirts, shirt dresses, dusters etc.

P wore an distressed denim look with worn out pants and a jacket. She layered the jacket like a cape and wore solid black top underneath it with oxford shoes. Her look was quite a biker look.

S chose a quirky fun look with an overdose of denim. She wore an off shoulder dress with distressed denim and tied her favorite jacket around the waist. The super cool braids and fun reflectors added to the quirkiness of the look.

How are you  doing?

In this complicated lifestyle there is something reassuring about the the simple black and white. Its’s modern, cool yet edgy but never on the face. It combines calmness and serenity with sophistication and sleekness.  Its also a fresh start to the monochromes. Coming out from the dual tone and finally abiding by the meaning.

All Black is a classic, it can never ever go out of fashion. What’s new in the house of fashion is the much celebrated All White look.

P wore a white on white or an all white. This summer inspired trend is not going anywhere for sure. All-white is incredibly fresh,refined, elegant and luxurious. It has all the qualities to make us love the look. Her look screams boho. Wavy hair, embroidered tie up white dress with embellished sandals. To add to the boho element are the silver spiked hoops making it perfect for a vacation look or a casual day out.

To look effortlessly chic yet classy you have to go the all black way. The look sported by S, its simple and clean yet out there. She wore a black crop top with a black pleated trouser and bomber jacket and accessorized it with black pumps and metallic clutch. All black combined with pleats please is the best way to wear the 2 biggest trend of the season.To give her look a lift S added a twisted pony tail which  adds a fun element to her party look.

There is no rule on when to wear the look. You can wear a all white in day or at night. Also all black is definitely not bound by any rule.

In case you are confused on what to wear. I would say it depends on your eating habbits (pun intended). If you dont want to think  about where you sit, what you eat, what you drink just choose black. Ok no seriously, just go by your style and choose what you like.

Hello guys! How are you doing? This time we bring to you a free of season style if in case you are not a fan of Delhi rains we have something to pep up your monsoon mood with our quirky clothing.

We already told you the mantra to dressing up this season is to wear your hearts on your sleeve. Be it quotes or emoji’s or paints, it’s time to paint the town as per your mood and style. COOL is the new edgy this season.  After the emojification of texts, it’s time for exmojification of fashion and trust S. You can’t beat her when it comes to describing emotions with emoji’s.

From sweatshirts to dresses, from street style to runway and celebrities to fast fashion; it’s just everywhere. In fact brands that have aced this concept are Zara, Forever 21 etc.

P chose an extremely casual college look. She wore a boyfriend shirt with cactus, Milano Collection Zara Denims. Criss Cross platforms and the transparent bag are a must have to accentuate the look and are also perfect to wear in monsoon. It Saves you from the dirt sticking to your feet and no worries about anything harming your bag as its made from plastic.

As we told you S is the biggest fan of Emoticons. She chose a “No bad vibes” Zara dungaree with pop corns and rolling eyes. Literally her favorite things. The crisp white shirt and sneakers gives an edge to the look.

So girls, we would advise you to try this look for sure. Paint it yourself or attach the patches, if you cant find them in stores anymore. Just dont miss out on this trend.
